These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bajicasin platform and all its associated services. By registering an account or starting to use the platform, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. Please read and understand each section below in full.

3.3 Verification of Information

bajicasin may request identity documents, proof of address or other documents from a user at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4.1 Password and Login

Users must keep their bajicasin account password completely confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the account occurs, please notify our support team immediately.

4.2 Account Responsibility

The registered member is responsible for all activities carried out through the account. Sharing the account or allowing third parties to use it is prohibited and may result in the account being closed.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

The following rules apply to depositing funds on bajicasin:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Users may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name.
• Depositing on behalf of a third party or from a third party is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

bajicasin reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. Additional documents may be requested and withdrawals may be delayed in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bajicasin will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10x applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

6.3 VIP Program Cashback

The bajicasin VIP program has five tiers and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Tiers advance through consistent play. bajicasin reserves the right to change the VIP program conditions at any time.

6.4 Bonus Misuse

Any attempt to misuse the bonus system, engage in bonus arbitrage, or claim bonuses through any other dishonest means will result in the relevant account being closed and the bonus being considered void. bajicasin can detect bonus claims made from multiple accounts.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

bajicasin believes in fair play. The outcome of every game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial and tested.

7.2 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed (exception: where bajicasin provides a cash-out option for a game).
• bajicasin reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error causes an abnormal result.
• Bets cannot exceed the available balance.

7.3 Game Downtime and Maintenance
